“Wholeness is not achieved by cutting off a portion of one’s being, but by integration of the contraries.”
- Carl Gustav Jung, Analytical Psychology
ONLINE PSYCHODYNAMIC PSYCHOTHERAPY
Psychodynamic psychotherapy is an insight-oriented approach. My interest in insight-oriented psychotherapy stems from the impact that slow, intentional self-awareness can create, acting as a catalyst for change. Insight is a valuable tool for observing, feeling, and finding words for the self by gently integrating your lived experience of mental health. This approach includes free associative thinking, pattern analysis, perspective-building, and working with the unconscious and subconscious. This invites a deeper understanding of emotional regulation, mental states, and personalities in response to dynamic relationships and situations.

Long-term psychodynamic therapy or insight-oriented therapy aims to uncover unconscious patterns gently and slowly, allowing the client to develop the capacity for perspective-building and insight-oriented depth work by identifying unconscious patterns that impact well-being. CORE VALUES OF MY PRACTICE
Renewal as a Slow Becoming
Each of our journeys within is unique, and can be witnessed and worked through when we can acknowledge our wholeness through guidance and care.
The space between the circles symbolizes the momentary movement within the therapeutic alliance - an ebb and flow between the therapist and client that requires breathing space for deliberate co-creation and working through unconscious patterns. These shifts indicate transformation through insight, self-reflection, and reality-confrontation.
The dark olive green broad stroke symbolizes nurturance, awakening, and sustenance, and the fine midnight blue stroke signifies depth and integrity.
The saddle brown centre implies that humanity is linked to nature. We belong to our history, context, and the environment around us. Our lived experiences of mental health cannot be seen in isolation or as just a psychological symptom. Through embodiment, we can look at our mental health through the earth-body-mind connection.
